COCOA  & GREEN AGRICULTURE

We specialize in growing and exporting Trinitario Forastero cocoa products to a diverse international market. Trinitatrio Forastero is considered worldwide as the highest grade of cocoa. It is highly sought after and is a species indigenous to Trinidad and Tobago (from where the species takes its name). By training farmers to utilize green agricultural techniques and safeguarding 'fair trade'  practices, we invigorate what was once a booming international niche industry unique to Trinidad in the early 20th century. For more information on or to obtain a sample of our cocoa and cocoa products, feel free to get in touch!

REAL ESTATE & RURAL DEVELOPMENT

We are actively developing certain rural areas of the country utilizing green "off-the-grid" technologies and sustainable architecture to improve living conditions for local inhabitants while protecting the planet. Most of these projects will be concentrated in the Matelot area, with a focus on infrastructural improvements, commercial 'mixed use' spaces and certain residential developments and improvements.

ECO-TOURISM & CONSERVATION

We work  to preserve and protect rain forests and beaches  in the Toco  region  and offer Eco-Tourism options for guests who would like to discover the country in a more sustainable way. Tourism does not need to be  a destructive process. Our Eco-Tourism program places guests in sustainable lodgings, encourages the eating of local foods and promotes local products and businesses.

DONATE

Helping the coca farming industry in Matelot is one of our chief concerns. The average farmer makes an average of $18 US per every kilogram of dried product produced. Even just a $10 donation does a lot of good in helping with improving work conditions and housing in these rural areas for the farming families who live and work here.
